Sub-blood Group

In this case, the parents produce a sub-blood type in their child. Sometimes there can also be an influence from the grandparents blood types. This sub-blood group gives infinitely more information about an individual's needs on a physical, emotional and intellectual plane, therefore providing a deeper understanding of the body's requirements. Studies now in progress are examining the implications of Rh factors in relationship to nutritional needs.

A-1's and H-1's are Dr. D'Adamo latest research and will be discussed further in his upcoming book, "The Blood Type Connection". Briefly, the A-1's and H-1's let us know if there needs to be more or less protein in the body. This helps us to define and specialize the blood type requirements even more, thereby truly individualizing a diet right for you and, once again proving sub-blood types and their importance.
