A nurse will take a sample of your blood prior to your appointment with one of the doctors. Through blood type analysis, we can determine your blood type. Each new patient is given a thorough examination by a licensed Naturopathic Doctor which includes checking your heart and blood pressure, blood type analysis, sub-blood group analysis, iris analysis, pulse analysis and muscle assessment. Based on the results of these diagnostics the Naturopath will create an individualized menu, a personalized exercise program, and a prescription of supplements designed to strengthen the areas of weakness in your body. He may also suggest a variety of treatments to assist in detoxifying and balancing your system during the healing process.    

In addition, you will receive a CD to help you start the program, a copy of Dr. D'Adamo's book for a better understanding of your personal blood type and a Program Manual to assist you in a very practical way to begin your new lifestyle. Three weeks after your first visit, one of our naturopaths will want to meet with you again for a progress check, which is included in the cost of your initial appointment. After your progress check, a support counselor will be available to address any concerns and questions you may have and to provide you with the help and support you may need to maximize the benefits of your individualized program.
